Should a candidate prove suitable for your school, you have the option to transition them into a permanent role through a single, low finders fee. This approach offers significant cost savings compared to traditional recruitment methods.

Fees Explained

We offer two engagement options for candidates. The first option involves a daily rate, with our fees positioned competitively below the industry average. The second option features a one-time fee for candidate placement, eliminating any recurring expenses or daily charges thereafter. Upon recruitment, the candidate seamlessly transitions into employment with the school, granting the school autonomy to determine the candidate's salary.

Agreement Explained

Bright Stars Recruitment agrees to provide education recruitment services to our Client/Client's for the purpose of sourcing and placing qualified candidates for education-related positions.

Candidates Explained

We offer a curated selection of meticulously vetted candidates who have undergone thorough evaluation by our Compliance Team. Upon your request, we will furnish you with a comprehensive candidate profile, enabling you to assess their suitability for the role. Should you opt to proceed, we can arrange a trial day for your convenience. Upon your satisfaction and decision to proceed with the candidate, we will facilitate the necessary arrangements for their engagement.
